The Retrieve password option does NOT require you to fill in a charactername. Only if you can't use the normal option AND need to contact support bout it, you are asked bout a charactername. In those questions you can leave blank the quostions you are unable to answer. I was trying to log into the forum from my phone like usual, but said password was incorrect. So I tried to reset password, and the email never gets sent. I put in a ticket, and was talking to support in the email service, and they retried sending the reset email, and it still never came, I double checked junk folder and nothing.
